Notes:

  • My biggest thing today was getting a lesson called Theater 101 from a friend of mine who has worked in theaters. Since my book — called Death Scene takes place in and around a couple of different theaters in Atlanta (fictionalized), it would behoove me to actually, you know . . . know something about how theaters function. Toni (my friend) helped a lot in that respect.
  • Thanks to Theater 101, I think I know how to make my villain make sense, and I might be able to bring back one of the original grisly death scenes, as well. :)
  • Introduced sort of a magical CSI unit. They use magic and technology to measure the effects and residuals and residues of magic. I think mine is actually more plausible than the ones on CSI. ;)
  • Interesting items researched: The Theater.
