Notes:

• See, it’s like this, see . . . I wasn’t feeling well. I have had this sinus thing for two days, now. A tickle in my left nostril way up high near my eye that I’m going to sneeze aaaaaany minute now. Really, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaany minute now . . . only I never do. And that “tickle” has now become a throbbing pain that stretches from my teeth all the way up above my eye. And I find it hard to concentrate. The only thing I’ve found so far that helps is the Quil. Day or Night. Doesn’t matter, because both of them do things to my brain.
• So, yeah. No words on the story. What I did was take the flash piece I wrote somewhere around day 4 (because I Just Was Not Feeling It™) and revise it until I liked it (at a net gain of 345 words) well enough, and then I submitted it to Daily Science Fiction. We’ll see in about three weeks whether or not they liked it enough to want to print it.
• So, if you don’t mind terribly, I’m going to count submitting a story as a ‘win’ for the day even though I was 1322 words short for the day? M’kay? M’kay.
• Oh, yeah. I published this at 3 pm on the 14th and back-dated it. So there.
