It’s all Butcher’s fault.

Notes:

  • For some reason I don’t understand, the little progress bars that I use haven’t been working for a week or so, and I guess I just didn’t realize it was going on this long. So: 54,040 words is what I eventually hit. The Writertopia.org site says the progress bars are down temporarily, but it’s been days. <sigh>
  • I finally forced myself to just get some stuff down about mages, and discovered a thing or two as I wrote. I’ll try to finish that section in the days to come.
  • So anyway . . . yay. Done. Next up: editing a short story or two and sending them out. Then: writing the first novel of the PCIU Case Files, Death Scene.
  • So, last night, I only wrote like 900 words, but I didn’t update this page last night. Do you want to know why? Do you? I’ll tell you why. See that image over there to the right? That would be why. Curse you, Jim Butcher, for releasing your new book in November. But it’s really good, so far. :)
